Ten positions are offered in each of the three years of the adult neurology residency program. Residents may enter the program after completing at least one year in an approved internal medicine preliminary program or a transitional program with at least eight months of internal medicine. We reserve ten spots in our internal medicine prelim program for those interested in completing all four years here.
ERAS
We will only accept applications through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). Please see ERAS guidelines for the application process. Applications are reviewed early in the fall.
Interviews, held primarily during November, December and January, are by invitation. This year our interviews will be virtual. Applicants will still have an opportunity to socialize virtually with our residents, learn about our program, and interview with several faculty members and program leaders. Please notify us if you are interested in meeting with a particular faculty member, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Similarly, if there is a specific topic you wish to learn more about, such as diversity, medical education, or R25/PSTP track, please let us know. The department's selections are submitted to NRMP.
